I always find it interesting when the environment makes its way into the holidays. This year when the ball dropped in Time Square, it was much more energy efficient. This year’s ball was covered with LED instead of traditional bulbs. Endangered Spaces fills us in.

It is that time of the year where we look back on the past year. The Huffington Post has the top ten global warming stories of 2007.

Not quite river related, but Freshome has something that can be good for water. A smart faucet can regulate your bathtub.
